Celebration of Great Saturday and Easter Workshop Announced in Munich
Divine service and communal egg painting as preparation for the Easter feast.
The Serbian Orthodox community in Munich invites everyone to celebrate Great Saturday on Saturday, April 11th. The Divine Liturgy begins at 09:00 and forms the spiritual highlight of the day. Believers are invited to participate together in the service and prepare for the upcoming Easter celebrations. The community reported this on Instagram. Following the liturgy, a communal gathering will take place from 11:30 in an Easter workshop. Children and adults will have the opportunity to decorate Easter eggs using a traditional wax technique. The activity combines creative work with the transmission of church traditions and creates space for shared learning and exchange.
The organizers emphasize the open invitation to all interested parties and look forward to active participation. The event offers an opportunity to connect faith, tradition and community in a festive atmosphere.
