Easter Workshop on Traditional Egg Painting Announced in Hamburg
Creative offering of the youth project Sretenie aims to combine handicraft techniques with Easter tradition.
On April 3, two Easter workshops on traditional Easter egg painting will take place in Hamburg. The events will be led by Daniil Vidanov and begin at 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Participants will receive an introduction to a classic technique of Easter egg decoration that is firmly rooted in many Eastern European cultures. The youth project Sretenie reported about this on Instagram. The workshop is aimed at interested people of all age groups and will be conducted in both German and Russian. The participation fee is 8 euros for people under 35 years old and 15 euros for participants over 35 years old. The proceeds are intended to benefit youth work and support future events.
Registration is possible until March 27, with the number of participants being limited. The venue is Holstenkamp 89 in Hamburg. For those interested who cannot participate on April 3, another workshop will be offered on April 6 at 12:00 PM, which will be conducted by a different organizer.
Previously, UOJ reported that a fraternal meeting with a Coptic Archbishop was held in London.
