Historian Denis von Meck speaks about family, faith and education in Tchaikovsky's time.
On March 16, a special meeting with Denis von Meck will take place at 7:00 PM in the Tchaikovsky Hall. The historian, cultural mediator, and collector has been engaged for many years with the history of the Tchaikovsky family and is involved in various cultural and scientific projects. This was reported by the Hamburg community. In his lecture titled "Family, Faith, Upbringing and Education in the 19th Century Using the Example of the Tchaikovsky Family," Denis Andreyevich von Meck will provide insights into the social and cultural environment of that time. The role of family values, religious traditions, and education in the life of the Tchaikovsky family will be particularly highlighted.
The event is aimed at all those interested in history, culture, and the lives of significant personalities of the 19th century. The lecture will be held in Russian.
