Metropolitan Mark celebrated Divine Liturgy in Milan and awarded distinction

As part of his pastoral journey through Italy, Metropolitan Mark of Ryazan and Mikhailov celebrated the Divine Liturgy on February 21 in the Milan church of Saints Sergius, Seraphim and Vincent. Several clergy from various parishes concelebrated, demonstrating the close unity of Orthodox parishes in the region. This was reported by the Moscow Patriarchate in Italy. During the service, the Metropolitan awarded Priest Ioann Dodon the distinction of wearing a golden pectoral cross. This honor recognized his pastoral dedication and contributions to parish life.

After the service, clergy and faithful gathered for a common meal. The visit was part of the ongoing pastoral care of the Moscow Patriarchate communities in Italy and helped strengthen spiritual unity in the diaspora.

Previously, UOJ reported that Metropolitan Mark visited a parish in Bologna.
