Workshop "Serbian as the Language of Faith" was announced in Munich

The Serbian Orthodox community in Munich invites to a workshop titled "Serbian as the Language of Faith." The event will take place on Saturday, March 7, in the library of the church center and is aimed at all those interested in exploring the role of language in the life of faith. The invitation appeared on Instagram. Vera Bermel will participate as guest and speaker, a soloist, lecturer in Serbian language and author. In her presentation, she will speak about language as a creative but also destructive force and about its significance for cultural and spiritual identity.

In the open workshop section, participants will also have the opportunity to share their own texts, exchange thoughts, and encourage one another. The goal of the gathering is to create a creative space for exchange and possibly lay the foundation for a small literary circle within the community.

Previously, UOJ reported that the Frankfurt community announced a lecture.
