Lecture Series "Churches in Dialogue" Continued in Munich
On March 27, the German-language lecture series "Churches in Dialogue" continued at the library of the church center of the Serbian Orthodox community in Munich. The event was dedicated to the theme "On the Way to the Easter Mystery. Lent in Interfaith Dialogue". The community reported about this on Instagram. Several representatives of different Christian traditions participated in the discussion, including Dr. Peter Martinović, former dean of the Evangelical Church in Munich, Father Matthias Zlonkiewicz OP, Dominican monk, as well as Priest Dr. Dejan Ristić from the Institute for Orthodox Theology at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
The focus was on exchanging views about the significance of Lent from various confessional perspectives. The event provided space for theological dialogue and contributed to deepening mutual understanding between Christian churches.
Previously, UOJ reported that an Easter children's workshop in Nuremberg strengthened the community.
