Romanian Orthodox Community in Dubai Called for Restraint
A Romanian Orthodox parish in Dubai has called for calm and prudence amid current tensions in the Middle East. Priest Alexandru Cristian Truşcan stated that the situation is being closely monitored, but so far parish life has not been directly affected. Liturgical celebrations continue to take place regularly. This was reported by Orthodox Times.
The parish maintains close contact with community members and offers spiritual guidance, particularly for those who are experiencing difficulties returning to Romania due to the situation. No specific emergencies or special requests for assistance have been received so far.
Additional prayers are offered during services for Romanians living abroad, their families, and all those affected by the conflict. At the same time, Romanian citizens in the United Arab Emirates are urged to maintain contact with their country's diplomatic representatives and stay informed about current travel information.
Previously, UOJ reported that a youth meeting took place in the parish community in Bad Kissingen.
