Priest Tereschenko speaks in Hamburg about Orthodox marriage

In Hamburg, an event on the topic of Orthodox marriage will be offered on March 15. Under the title "The Path to Orthodox Marriage," Priest Alexej Tereschenko will speak in German in the Tchaikovsky Hall starting at 3:00 PM. Following the lecture, an open discussion with participants is planned. This was announced by the Sretenie project here.

The focus is on questions that concern many young people in the Orthodox environment. The desire for a sustainable relationship and marriage on a spiritual foundation is widespread, while clear orientation points and practical assistance are often lacking. The lecture aims to explain fundamental aspects of Orthodox understanding of marriage and show ways in which faith and partnership can be connected.

Another focus lies on the concept of the "domestic church" and its significance for family daily life. The event will be recorded, and there is also the possibility to submit questions in advance. Participation is free of charge, but prior registration is required.

Previously, the UOJ reported that international guests explored Hamburg during an Orthodox city tour.
